Lever Block for Pulling Load
The function of the lever block to pull and tighten the load pile can usually be installed together with the webbing sling. For more details, see the following review:
The use of webbing slings in the lifting industry is often encountered, not even a few industries that utilize webbing slings for the purpose of transporting products with both small and large load capacities. In the case of the Lever Hoist application to tighten a pile of loads, of course, it requires a webbing sling as a woven rope that is very strong to withstand loads of up to tens of tons.
Webbing sling has a loop eye at the end, so it will be very easy to be associated with hooks or shackles in various other lifting products, one of which is the lever block.
Lever Hoist has a handle on the side of the block that houses an internal gear and ratchet system equipped with a load chain. The lever block works by swinging the lever up and down to pull the load by activating the ratchet and pawl system, which causes the load to move a certain distance per crank. The internal gear direction can be easily switched, to move the load up or down as required. There is a hook on the end of the load chain for easy attachment to the load and the hook is attached to the housing of the Lever Hoist for installation in securing the support.
